The Briefing Process

Our service will begin with an initial consultation meeting to discuss your requirements and importantly to gain an understanding of the aims and objectives of the event and your business.  At this stage we will discuss all the basics of the event including preferred date, location, numbers, event add-ons and the invitation process.

Written Proposal

After the initial consultation meeting we will send you a full written proposal highlighting our recommended venue choices, availability, menu options, gifts/prizes, event extras and a complete breakdown of all the potential costs involved.

Venue/Third Party Supplier Liaison

To ensure all parties are clear on the goals and objectives of your event we will meet with them as often as necessary to discuss every aspect of the event and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities both prior to the event and on the day itself.  For all meetings, detailed agendas are prepared ensuring that every aspect of your event is considered and implemented, with full contact reports sent to each party involved.

Post Event

As standard practice, will provide you with extensive feedback from your guests via our online feedback questionnaire.   You and your guests will also be able to view a full report and images from the day, on a dedicated page on our website within 24-48 hours of the event.
