The following list highlights some of the main elements of our golf day management service. Our service is customised for each event so clients can pick and choose the elements they would like to include.
- Researching venue options, costs and suitability.
- Advising on and sourcing all branding, merchandise and prizes.
- Liaising with the venue on all aspects of the event (inc golf/activities format, catering, course set-up, accommodation etc).
- Sending all joining instructions via email including maps/directions together with any other pre-event communication.
- Setting up dedicated website pages with digital images from the day.
- A minimum of one dedicated Golf Event Manager on site for the duration of the event.
- Setting-up of course/registration area prior to guests’ arrival.
- Complimentary gift for each golfer.
- Preparing pre-printed, personalised scorecards with logo and arrival packs.
- Starting service on the tee.
- Use of electronic scoreboard that can be branded with client logo(s).
- Use of additional LCD screen/projector with rolling presentation of digital images from the day.
- Providing details of winners/prizes and event summary for host at prize giving.
- Handling of scoring and rules issues.
- Sending a “thank you” email and a post event questionnaire to all guests within 24 hours of the event followed by full analysis/feedback report for the client.
- A dedicated Event Director (a golf specialist) as your one point of contact from conception to completion of the event.
- Public liability insurance for £5 million.
