North claims victory in annual IAS Golf Day
Blessed with more continued fine weather the annual Industrial Agents Society Golf Day (sponsored By SEGRO)took place at Gerrards Cross Golf Club in Buckinghamshire on Friday 2nd July.
In the morning Individual Stableford (sponsored by Colliers International), the standard of golf was very high with over two thirds of the field recording 30 points or more. However, the clear winner was Chris North of King Sturge who posted a great round of 39 points. Second place went to Ed Cole of Jones Lang LaSalle on 38 points with Adam Hyman (King Sturge), Richard Lord (CBRE), Nick Ball (PMCD) and Sarah Downes (Altus Edwin Hill) all finishing with 37 points.
Nearest the Pin (sponsored by Barwood) went to Louise Hazelden (LAH Property Marketing) and the Longest Drive competition (sponsored by DE & J Levy) was won by John Linton (Wright and Partners).
After lunch the Greensomes competition (sponsored by Colliers International) proved equally as competitive with Ed Cole of Jones Lang LaSalle going one better to claim first prize with Sarah Downes (Altus Edwin Hill) with a great score of 24 points.
