What is it and how does it work?
 
Our unique 'On yer bike!' events encourage team work, task delegation and communication amongst staff members.  The outcome has real value and allows you as a company the opportunity to help your local community or a preferred charity.

The aim is to build and accessorise a boy's and girl's bicycle within a given time frame but to do this you need bicycle parts and accessories and they cost money!

First you must complete a number of varied tasks to earn bike tokens which can then be exchanged for parts and accessories at the bike bank. You can choose which tasks to complete from our menu ranging from cryptic and mental challenges to design and physical tests. Whatever the make up of the group, you are sure to find something to suit each member.

Once the bikes are finished, points are awarded by our bike experts for road worthiness, style, and of course for speed of completion. 

Even if you don't score well in these categories, there is a chance to earn big points as we ask teams to create and perform a live TV ad to launch their bike, before we complete the challenge with an obstacle course finale!       

Helping your charity
  
At the end of the event you can donate the bikes you have built to a charity of your choice, or choose from our list of preferred charities who would gladly welcome your creations.
 
We can arrange for a representative from your chosen charity to provide an introduction  to the event, or you can get your team to choose on the day after seeing a short presentation on each charity.

Each 'On yer bike!' event includes all bicycles and accessories, all task equipment, our team of bicycle experts, the obstacle course and full event management including all pre-event communication and post event analysis.
 
Prices start from only £59 pp plus VAT.
 
Cost excludes any venue hire and catering.
