Milestone was established in 2002. From the outset, our plan was to create a golf and corporate events business in which we could effectively work as the 'in-house' events team for our clients. This ethos has enabled us to build long lasting and trusting relationships and gives us a unique insight into our clients' brands and their values.

Our Team
Luke is co-founder of Milestone and has over 20 years experience in the golf and events industry. Whilst looking after some of Milestone's long standing clients, Luke has a particular focus for golf hospitality programmes and creating unique golf event experiences.
Luke is a single figure handicap golfer, achieved a hole-in-one in the UK's largest amateur golf tournament and is the golf 'encyclopaedia' of the business. He is passionate about most sports but particularly rugby (and his beloved Wasps), golf and tennis.
Away from work he can mostly be found on the tennis court, adding to his extensive gin collection and going for long walks in the Surrey Hills with his wife, three daughters and Cavachon dog.
Claim to Fame: Luke is a former county and regional tennis player and beat Tim Henman when they were both 17 years old!
Paul has worked in the events industry for over 22 years and co-founded Milestone in 2002. Working on some of our most high profile events, Paul was involved with the management of Sir Richard Branson’s world record crossing of the Channel in Aquada, the Spice Girl’s launch of Virgin Atlantic’s Heathrow Terminal 3 and co-created Linksnet - the leading global golf network
Paul has an obsession with to-do lists, loves a live gig and spends most of his spare time coaching junior cricket. When he’s not doing that, he’s still patiently waiting for Spurs to win a major trophy!
Claim to Fame: Paul had a song written for his wife by musician Lucy Rose and he appeared as an 'extra' in the film Bourne Ultimatum!
Becky Rockett, Event Manager
Claire Parry, Marketing
Becky joined the team in 2012. She has also been involved in many events including the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Golf League - 'Swingers' and Sir Richard Branson’s Kidlington parties which saw up to 30,000 Virgin staff attend a weekend of music and festivities.
Becky is a keen runner and loves nothing more than adding to her medal collection. Mother of two boys, Becky has also spent several years in retail management and as a classroom assistant at her children’s school.

Claim to Fame: Becky once rode in the Horse of the Year Show at Wembley Arena.
Claire joined Milestone in 2014, with her main focus being on the sales and marketing side of the business. Prior to joining Milestone, she held various management and marketing positions across a wide range of industry sectors including commercial and residential property, book publishing and web design.
Claire is a keen gym goer, has a love of travel and good food and when not busy looking after her three daughters, enjoys the odd glass of prosecco.

Claim to Fame: Claire comes from a family of lighthouse keepers and during the opening sequence of the 80s TV classic 'Fraggle Rock', the camera pans down through her father's old bedroom window at St Anthony Lighthouse, Cornwall!
Jemma King, Event Assistant​

After working as a Cordon-Bleu trained chef for corporate and high profile private clients for 15 years, and latterly in catering recruitment, Jemma joined our team in 2014.
She has an exquisite eye for detail and is meticulous in the planning and execution of some of our key events.
